    為實現這一目標，本會將結合法律專業提供免費的諮詢服務，並透過心理輔導系統，關懷和安慰那些曾遭受詐騙的受害者（包括憂鬱症和自殺傾向等負面情緒），協助他們早日重拾平靜的生活，以促進社會的和諧，維護正常的經濟運作及發展。
